Fees, Costs, and Expenses
There is no consultation fee or retainer fee for personal injury cases. Personal injury cases are “contingency fee” based and the client is not responsible for fees, costs, and expenses unless a recovery is made. For most other cases, the amount of the initial case fee retainer is based on the nature of the case. Our hourly rate for attorney time is competitive. In some instances, we may charge a flat fee for immigration services, real estate closings, and for preparing certain legal documents.
Availability
