From the start, we are prepared to fight for each client’s rights in a court of law.  However, we have experience in negotiating substantial settlements without going to court.

Our immigration practice focuses on keeping families intact and on obtaining citizenship.  We also represent clients in Removal/Deportation cases, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), and Deferred Action (DACA).

What to Expect

Expect a high level of professionalism; you deserve nothing less!  We begin with a frank assessment of each case; that degree of openness dictates how we proceed throughout our engagement.  We develop an efficient and cost effective strategy to get the best possible result.

Fees, Costs, and Expenses

There is no consultation fee or retainer fee for personal injury cases.  Personal injury cases are “contingency fee” based and the client is not responsible for fees, costs, and expenses unless a recovery is made.  For most other cases, the amount of the initial case fee retainer is based on the nature of the case.  Our hourly rate for attorney time is competitive.  In some instances, we may charge a flat fee for immigration services, real estate closings, and for preparing certain legal documents.

An appointment must be made before visiting our office.  Home and hospital visits are available for clients with personal injury cases.  Click here to contact us via email.
